Dr. Michael B. Kraemer: Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon

Dr. Michael Kraemer, a native of Michigan, is a board-certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon. He received his undergraduate education from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. He received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Tufts University, School of Dental Medicine, in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Kraemer returned to Michigan to pursue and obtain his Doctorate of Medicine from Wayne State University, School of Medicine, Detroit, Michigan. Following completion of his medical degree, he completed his comprehensive training in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery through the Detroit Medical Center & Henry Ford Health Systems.

Dr. Kraemer enjoys all aspects of his specialty. As an attending surgeon at various local hospital systems, he is involved with the education and training of Oral & Maxillofacial residents. Dr. Kraemer holds a faculty appointment as an Associate Professor in the Department of Surgery in the Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine.

Dr. Kraemer is an examiner for the State of Michigan Specialty Board Exam for Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. He is currently the Vice President of the Detroit Academy of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons.

Dr. Kraemer has staff hospital privileges at Royal Oak Beaumont, St. John Health Systems, & Sinai Grace Hospital.

Dr. Kraemer is certified by the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. In addition to recognized membership in several distinguished associations, he is also a member in the American Academy of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgeons.

Dr. Kraemer is married with three children.
