Shannon at the front desk exceeded every expectation I have had for customer service. I called in a panic to schedule my appointment and by the time we were done with the scheduling she had me calmed down and relaxed. Prior to my appointment she messaged me with reminders and updates always reassuring me of how simple the procedure would be. When I arrived the day of the appointment she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcome. I can’t thank her enough. Dr. Sclafani was one of the realest doctors I have ever spoken to. His sports experience and background made conversation so relaxing. He does a fantastic job of making patients feel comfortable at some of the most uncomfortable times. He was a great surgeon and did an amazing job as well! I highly recommend the Romeo office for any oral surgery needs. Shannon and Dr. Sclafani separate themselves from every other place I have experienced!

I went in to have my wisdom teeth removed and the whole process was a breeze. First when I walked in I was greeted by Tara & Shannon. They made me feel comfortable and were easy to talk to. I was then taken back to the room. Dr. Sclafani and his assistants Kia and Jessiva were awesome. We all made small talk and laughed while they finished grabbing some supplies. I could tell I was in good hands by the energy in the room, Dr. Sclafani was confident and so was his team. All in all it was great and I highly recommend.
