Shannon at the front desk exceeded every expectation I have had for customer service. I called in a panic to schedule my appointment and by the time we were done with the scheduling she had me calmed down and relaxed. Prior to my appointment she messaged me with reminders and updates always reassuring me of how simple the procedure would be. When I arrived the day of the appointment she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcome. I can’t thank her enough. Dr. Sclafani was one of the realest doctors I have ever spoken to. His sports experience and background made conversation so relaxing. He does a fantastic job of making patients feel comfortable at some of the most uncomfortable times. He was a great surgeon and did an amazing job as well!
