First time being put under for anything - the team was very professional and helped me stay as calm as possible while I had impacted wisdom teeth removed. Procedure went well. I called back about 4 days later because I was worried about healing properly and the post-op manager that answered the phone didn't really help resolve my anxiety or suggest that I come in to have anything looked at which was concerning to me. I called back a few days later still worried and they finally allowed me to make an apt with the Dr to check it out while he was at the Warren location. Everything went okay and I was given a plastic tool to help keep food out of the wound while it healed because it was a little deep. Only suggestion is that I wish they would have provided post-op instructions the same time they gave pre-op, as well as email a copy to be thorough.

I highly recommend Summit OMS Romeo, I was having trouble getting in to see a dentist for a consultation and/or a tooth extraction. Due to COVID-19 all dentists would book anywhere from 1-3 weeks out but I was in a lot of pain and my wife gave Summit OMS Romeo a call after a co worker mentioned them and they were able to get me in a couple days later and was able to have the tooth pulled Out and on my way. They Even called me a day later to see how I was progressing and/or if I had any issues. They took all precautions needed to make my visit safe for myself and the staff.
