The professionalism is astounding..as a HCP I so appreciated this. But more importantly...the sympathy to my individual situation was extremely refreshing. You see I have been wearing a full set of dentures since 1999. Suddenly about 8 months ago my gums sprouted a wisdom tooth. I was unable to successfully eat a meal for months resulting in a loss of weight. Now being 70yrs young I looked I'll. Everyone in the office promptly heeded to my needs. I only had to call my insurance company once and then the office to get all paperwork completed. You see I'm quite sure my insurance company didn't believe it was me. The smiling faces of the staff helped so much. Being elderly myself my voice was heard and I WASN'T hurried! Thanks to all the staff I have to say this definetly has been my lifetime most enjoyable experience at the DENTIST! Certainly never thought I'd say that. God bless you all Summits.😊
