I had to have an extraction and was very nervous. I saw Dr. Prasad at the Warren and Rochester Hills locations. The staff at both locations made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Everyone I dealt with was professional and personable. The offices and patient rooms were extremely clean, which is obviously important. Dr. Prasad was thorough and assuring. I went in, fell asleep, and woke up with full instructions. I even got nervous over the holiday weekend and called the emergence number and received a call right back from a pleasant woman who reassured me all sounded normal. Although I hope to never need their services again, if I do, I would. Highly recommend.
