I’ve been putting off having my wisdom teeth removed for years because I get very nervous about dentists. But I started experiencing terrible pain and knew it was time to have them looked at. The first time I came here (Rochester Hills) I felt at ease, the staff was friendly and professional. They explained what my insurance would cover and what my out of pocket would be. Dr. Shyam Prasad explained everything to me, he was nice and understanding that I was nervous. He explained what to expect before and after surgery. I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed yesterday and it was the easiest experience I have ever had. I woke up and it was all done. I have experienced very minimal pain and am very pleased with my experience here. I am no longer afraid of the dentist and I will be coming back for any future services. I also think it’s really nice that you get a packet that comes with instructions on what to expect, what you can eat, what to avoid eating and doing, as well as ice packs, gauze and a lip balm. I have used everything in the packet, the experience I have had here is above and beyond what I was expecting. Thank you so much!
