I had my wisdom teeth taken out here & the physicians hardly give you the time of day. They are very busy & there is always a 30-70 min wait after the appointment time before being seen. I left the place with my face, lips & mouth covered in dried blood but couldn't tell until I got home because I was still a little out of it & it was hard to clean up because I was so numb and it was so dried on there. I had dry sockets immediately but didn't realize it because they didn't explain to me what the symptoms would be, I thought I was just getting migraines & that the pain would get better. I was alternating the pain pills around the clock, ice & heat & waited until Saturday to finally call the 24 hour physician number but no one could see me until Monday. Finally on Monday I was able to get my dry sockets packed but could barely open my jaw 2cm. When I got them re-packed the 2nd time, and the packing out my 3rd visit the physician would not even come into my room to talk to me when I told them I had concerns about my jaw. My jaw could still barely open 3cm even though I had been using heat packs & muscle relaxers & trying to stretch my jaw out. 6 weeks later & I am still having pain in the left side of my jaw & headaches... Just went back and I have an infection...
