All of the staff I’ve interacted with at Summit has been amazing. I encountered some unforeseen circumstances that forced me to reschedule my procedure and the staff was very understanding and accommodating. I was also extremely nervous about the procedure and everyone I spoke to put my mind at ease and went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable. I’m only 24 hours past the first step of my dental implant journey but so far I’m incredibly happy I was referred to Summit and to Dr. Kraemer. I feel like I’m in good hands at this practice.
