During consultation, I was told it was best to get all four wisdom teeth pulled at one time. Even with insurance getting all four would have cost a arm and leg - I decided to get two pulled. They told me what insurance paid and what I had to pay the day of. Well, the day of my appointment I was told a difderent amount i had to pay, it had to be paid if I wanted the extraction done. I paid and had the extraction done by Dr Shyam (he was great). I received a bill in the mail a week later - the office didn't resubmit my claim for the two extractions to my insurance. I called the office and was given the run around. Will not use the Rochester office ever again!
