I had an infected tooth extracted yesterday and had a great experience. Ashley was wonderful and got me in quickly, which I truly appreciated. Dr. Lerose explained everything clearly before and during the procedure, which helped put me at ease. Raquel, the surgical assistant, had an excellent bedside manner and helped keep me calm throughout. Overall, it was a much better experience than I expected. I’m extremely grateful for this team and would highly recommend them.

Cancelled my appointment without telling me after I already began driving in a snow storm and took off work (snow storm Jan. 14 2026) then lied to my family member (who was put on hold twice for multiple minutes) who called to ask why this was. Claimed I spoke to the manager (which I did not) about my insurance (which I don’t have at the moment so is obviously a lie), claimed I cancelled the appointment myself (which is completely false) and put me on a waitlist until March. Completely dishonest and questionable
