These days it is absolutely hard to find good help I went here in May for a consultation for jaw surgery. I have still yet to receive a call back from them without having to reach out to them. I haven’t even been in for an X-ray yet. I have refrained from writing a review cause I wanted to give them a chance to take care of me. However I don’t want anyone else to experience the discouraging feeling that I have now. I’m blown away just by the lack of care and communication I have received from this establishment. Every time I have reached out I get the dreadful “I was gonna call you this week or the next week” then they never call. Each time it’s something different the latest I have heard is “I’m the only scheduler and some people have waited a year to get surgery” after just telling me prior were looking at September. This has been a terrible experience and I have kinda lost hope in this whole journey . Update 10/23/2023 I have received surgery and I’m absolutely happy Tonya and Dr. Lerose and his staff have been amazing with my care and service. Summit reached out to me immediately and got me all squared away. That’s speaks volumes in todays world. This is really a dream come true for something I waited so long for. I can not express how happy I feel now and satisfaction I’m feeling. Thank you!!!!
