Hello all! I got my wisdom teeth taking out yesterday! I will say this was my first surgery and Dr. Sclafani made this experience amazing. I went in with tons of nerves. But after it was all down I don’t know why I was even nervous. Dr. Sclafani and his staff calmed me down and before I knew it the procedure was over. I am glad I chose to go here!

As some one with a panic disorder, ocd, an anxiety disorder and this being my first surgery ever I cannot recommend this place enough, my surgeon was wonderful at taking time to answer all my silly questions and the surgery was a breeze. He also catered to my anxiety disorder and I think I left the surgery happier then I already went in being! The surgeon has amazing sense of humor as well and my favorite part was his little send off message for me when I went into space “ your gonna go to sleep now, we’re gonna take great care of you :)” and before I could even say “I’ve definitely heard that in a horror movie before” with in seconds I was out! he saved my teeth for me and sent me home with a little goody bag I remember being absolutely thrilled that I was gifted chapstick. Almost sad I won’t be coming back to get any more wisdom teeth out. This place is amazing.

The only way I see fit to start a review about Summit Oral & Maxillofacial is by mentioning Dr. Rosolino (Russ) Sclafani and the AMAZING and helpful team at the office. Let's face it, oral surgery isn't something people grin ear to ear about happily. From the front desk receptionists to assistants, nurses and Dr. Sclafani himself, everyone made my experience that much more relaxing. Starting with an in depth consultation (wisdom teeth extraction) to the day of the surgery, the team made sure I felt extremely comfortable at every stage of what was going to happen. Post surgery care, again, was something that the entire Summit Oral team excelled in. Any question, concern, comment I might have had, the team was ready to help, explain and guide me to the right path. The people at Summit Oral made this experience so much better than I could have expected. -Thanks
