Like several other reviews have mentioned, this office really needs to invest in better customer service training for their billing and front desk staff. Unfortunately, my experience reflected many of the same concerns. We were notified the day of our appointment that the cost for the consultation would be $312. While I understand that insurance coverage can’t always be guaranteed, I asked for an estimate of what the surgery itself might cost and insurance coverage so we could make an informed financial decision. Instead of being helpful, the person I spoke with refused to provide even a general estimate or explain potential costs. Because we were expected to move forward without any idea of the total financial responsibility, we ultimately canceled the appointment. No one should be expected to commit to a surgical procedure without having a reasonable understanding of the possible expenses involved. The lack of transparency and the dismissive attitude we encountered over the phone completely changed our impression of the practice before we even had the opportunity to be seen.

I had major surgery on my teeth today and was pretty nervous. Everyone here, from the front desk, to nurses and Dr. Kraemer were exceptional. Friendly, knowledgeable, patient with questions. HIGHLY recommend. Dr Kraemer did work for me previously and never had a problem.
