Referred here for extraction of two teeth. I went for a consultation first, which I had to wait a month for. Upon arrival, I was the only one in the waiting room. I ended up waiting an hour and 45min... for a CONSULTATION! The five patients that came in after me, had already went in and left, while I was still waiting for a CONSULTATION! I finally asked the receptionist can I reschedule. She apologized and says they had an emergency come up, and they're finishing up now. So I sat and waited a little longer... for a CONSULTATION! The day of my surgery went perfect. In and out in under 30min. Other than the incredibly long wait time for my consultation, everything else was perfect.

From check in to surgery , every aspect of my stay was thoroughly explained. The staff is amazing. Dr. Sclafani was gentle and kind. The procedure was the most efficient I've ever witnessed, and I've had a great deal of work done previously. The shots were quick and almost painless AMAZING! I highly recommend this office and this doctor!

Dr Kraemer was polite and did an excellent job. The wisdom tooth removal was quick and painless. They offer local anesthesia which is much cheaper than general anesthesia, I recommend that if you intend on saving money! The pre and post OP instructions were very helpful.
